Return, Exchange and Warranty

At LEICA Store Dubai, your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within seven days for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Please choose carefully, No refund will be made if you change your mind after purchase.
  2. Refund/Exchange does not apply to Digital Cameras, Lenses, adaptors, Binoculars, Rangefinders, Books, straps, Batteries, Personal Care and Hygienic products.
  3. Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.
  4. Any product purchased within 2 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our authorized service center technician, as applicable. The process can take up to five business days. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
  5. If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 10 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
  6. If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
  7. Other products must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items & Promotional Vouchers.
  8. If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, Leica Store Dubai will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
  9. Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
  10. Special order items are not refundable nor exchangeable.
  11. Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.

Warranty

  1. The warranty tendered hereunder, on Leica product(s) sold under this invoice is an international warranty, valid for 2 years from the date of this invoice, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the products(s).
  2. The warranty tendered hereunder, on non-Leica product(s) sold under this invoice is valid in UAE only, for one year from the date of this invoice
  3. Accessories, Batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty.
  4. Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center.
  5. Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.

الإسترجاع, الإستبدال والضمان

 : في متجر لايكا دبي، رضاؤكم هو ضمان. إذا لم تكن راضيا عن عملية الشراء، سوف نقوم باسترداد البضائع المباعة في غضون ثلاث أيام إما لإستبدالها أو ردها طبقا للشروط والأحكام التالية

.الرجاء اختيار بعناية، لن يتم أي استرداد إذا قمت بتغيير رأيك بعد الشراء –

  . الإسترجاع أوالإستبدال لا ينطبق على الكاميرات الرقمية، العدسات، المحولات، المناظير، ادوات قياس المسافة ، الكتب، الأشرطة، البطاريات، العناية الشخصية و المنتجات الصحية –

. يجب أن تكون المنتجات الاخرى مصحوبة مع فاتورة المبيعات الأصلية لإستبدالها. سيتم استرداد المبلغ عن العناصر التي تم شراؤها بواسطة بطاقة الائتمان إلى حساب بطاقة الائتمان –

  أي منتج تم شراؤه في غضون يومين كان لا يعمل وفقا لدليل التشغيل / التي تخلف مواصفات المنتج المعلنة، سيتم الإستبدال أو الإرجاع بعد أن يتم اختبارها من قبل فني مركز خدمة معتمد، حسب الاقتضاء. قد تستغرق العملية ما يصل إلى خمسة –

. أيام عمل و لن يتم تبادل / رد الأموال إلا بعد التحقيق / التقرير الفني

. إذا كانت العلبة والتغليف لديها تلف طفيف أو فتح والمنتج ليس معيبا وغير مستخدم، لا خدوش مرئية أو علامات ، سيتم خصم رسوم إعادة تخزين 10 في المئة في حالة الإسترجاع او الإستبدال –

. إذا كان التغليف غير مكتمل أو تلف أو خدش المنتج، لن يكون قابل للإستبدال أو للإاسترداد –

. يجب أن تعاد المنتجات الأخرى مع جميع مواد التعبئة والتغليف الأصلي، اكسسوارات، كتيبات، بطاقة التسجيل، خالية من الت كالبنود المجمعة وقسائم الترويجية –

إذا أعيد المنتج،و كان لديه أي بيانات أو معلومات مخزنة في الذاكرة أو جهاز التخزين، لايكا ستور دبي لن يكون مسؤول عن نقل هذه البيانات أو المعلومات إلى منتج آخر إذا أعطي للعميل على سبيل التبادل، أو لخسارة أي بيانات أو معلومات لا –

. تزال تقيم على المنتج الذي تم إرجاعه

 .  رسوم الخدمة والتسليم والتركيب هي غير قابلة للاسترداد بتاتا –

 . ألبضائع المطلوبة بالنظام الخاص ليست قابلة للاسترداد ولا للإستبدال –

. ستعمل إدارة المتجر وفقا للسياسات المذكورة أعلاه وسيتم التعامل مع القرار كقرار نهائي –

شروط الضمان

. الضمان الموضح على منتجات لايكا التي تباع بموجب هذه الفاتورة ذو نطاق دولي لمدة سنتين من تاريخ هذه الفاتورة, ما عدا المذكور على خلاف ذلك وفقاً للضمان الموجود داخل المنتج –

. الضمان الموضح على غير منتجات لايكا التي تباع بموجب هذه الفاتورة ذو نطاق محلي و يقتصر على دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة, لمدة سنة من تاريخ هذه الفاتورة –

. الاكسسوارات و البطاريات و المواد الاستهلاكية لا تندرج تحت الضمان –

. الضمان يصبح غير صالح اذا تم فتح او صيانة المنتج او العبث به من قبل اشخاص غير مفوضين او مراكز خدمة اخرى –

 . يرجى الاحتفاظ بفاتورة المبيعات و بطاقة الضمان لأي مطالبات أخرى –
